This notice explains how PrimeRisk Insurance Solutions handles information collected through this website and its quote-request process. It does not replace any separate privacy notice provided with an insurance product.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, industry, operations, revenue or payroll estimates, coverage interests, and insurance requirements. We record your contact choices, the disclosure version presented, and the time of your submission. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request activity to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your request, evaluate insurance needs, communicate with you, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. We use optional text permission for individually sent messages through RingCentral about your request and related insurance service. Requesting a quote alone is not permission for automated marketing calls or texts.
Who receives information
Our website delivery process uses Cloudflare for hosting, security verification and request storage, Resend for email delivery, and HubSpot for contact and company records and appointment scheduling. If you opt in to text follow-up, agency staff use RingCentral to send messages individually. Authorized agency staff receive your request, including an email and PDF copy. When necessary to seek insurance options or service your account, information may be shared with insurers, wholesalers, and other insurance service providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Your optional text permission is specific to PrimeRisk Insurance Solutions and the purpose stated on the form. It does not authorize third-party marketing. Service providers acting on our behalf may process contact and consent information to perform those services.
PrimeRisk does not write personal home or auto insurance. After you send a business insurance request, we may ask whether you would like a personal home and auto quote. Only if you choose yes and check the agreement box, we send your name, phone number, email and the personal insurance answers you give us to our partners at Insurance Brokers of Arizona so they can contact you about that quote. Their own privacy practices apply to the information they receive.
Contact choices and withdrawing consent
You can request a quote without agreeing to text messages. To stop texts or other unwanted contact, reply STOP to a text, tell the representative, call 480-613-8387, or email info@primeriskinsurance.com. Other reasonable requests to withdraw consent will also be honored. Reply HELP to a text for help. Choosing email as your preferred method is separate from the optional text permission checkbox.
Cookies, security tools, and external websites
Security tools may use cookies or similar browser technologies to distinguish people from automated abuse. The website links to Google reviews, social networks, AZROC Bond, and a HubSpot meeting scheduler. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. Your browser controls may let you restrict cookies, although some features may stop working.
How you found our website
When you arrive from an ad, an email or another website, our website remembers in your browser how you first and most recently arrived: campaign tags (such as utm_source and utm_campaign), ad click identifiers, the page you landed on and the referring website. This is kept in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. It is not sent to us unless you submit one of our forms. If you do, it is included with your request so we can understand which campaigns and sources bring inquiries, and it is kept with your request in our records, including HubSpot. It does not include your form answers, and we do not send it to Google, Meta or other advertising platforms. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not store it. You can remove it at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, and actions such as starting a quote, successfully submitting a request, clicking our phone link, or opening our booking page. Google may process browser and device information and use analytics cookies. Our website does not send your quote answers, name, email address, or phone number as analytics event data. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website integration.
You can allow or decline analytics when prompted and change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from requesting a quote. Changing your choice stops future analytics collection from this browser; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Retention and security
We retain information as needed to handle requests, service insurance relationships, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. The website delivery queue is configured to remove completed requests after 90 days; this does not delete copies held in email, PDFs, CRM systems, or separate consent records. We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details, medical information, or passwords through this form.
Your privacy requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about its use. Depending on where you live and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for insurance, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
